Well, we whip up some of that toffee and crush it up to add into our Brown butter cookie dough. This cookie made with Christmas Crack is definately something you'll want year-round. It's so decadent. You'll taste the nuttiness from the brown butter, it's buttery, caramel-y, and salty from the toffee. There is even a moment when you taste that saltine cracker which is a nice balance to the rest of the cookie.
